How can a nutritionist help you?
Are you experiencing issues with weight gain, reflux, digestion, energy, sleep, skin, hormones or pain that have been going on for months, maybe longer? Have you been to see your GP but the problem persists? Or perhaps you’ve been advised to ‘eat healthier’, ‘lose weight’ or ‘do more exercise’ but not offered any support as to how to go about making changes. You may be taking medication but this hasn’t fully addressed the issue or the root cause. Or perhaps you are taking weight loss injections and would like support to ensure you are eating nutritionally-dense foods, minimising side effects and have a plan for how to transition off the medication without worrying about re-gain.
Nutritional therapy seeks to get to the bottom of what is driving your symptoms and takes a deep dive into your nutrition, stress levels, sleep, movement and your environment. Nutritional therapists conduct a detailed review of your medical history, current health and emotional wellbeing and sometimes run tests that are not available to your GP, to get an in-depth picture of imbalances in your body systems. Then they will put together an individualised plan, personalised to you, to help optimise or restore balance, function and health.

I’m Martina, a qualified nutritional therapist with a physiology degree and a post-graduate diploma in nutrition. I am passionate about helping people to optimise and restore their health to achieve optimum energy, vitality and well-being. For me, food is a source of pleasure and I want to help others to get to a place where feeding ourselves and others is simple, joyous and makes you feel good.

6-week package
Ideal for those who are looking for short-term support with a specific health goal. £490. The package includes:
One-hour initial consultation
Personalised Nutrition Plan
Five weekly check-in sessions for support and accountability
Weekly diet diary feedback
Unlimited support between sessions via the app
Recipes, shopping lists and meal plans if needed
Personalised supplement recommendations if applicable (cost not included in package)
Functional testing recommendation if applicable (cost not included in package)
12-week package:
This package is targeted at those with multiple health issues that will require more support to achieve sustainable health changes. £810 or three monthly payments of £270. The package includes:
One-hour initial consultation
Personalised Nutrition Plan
11 weekly check-in sessions for support and accountability
Weekly diet diary feedback
Unlimited support between sessions via the app
Recipes, shopping lists and meal plans if needed
Personalised supplement recommendations if applicable (cost not included in package)

6-month package
This package is for people with more complex health issues or who feel that longer term support will be needed to achieve long-term restoration of health. £1500 or six monthly payments of £250. The package includes:
One-hour initial consultation
Personalised Nutrition Plan
23 weekly check-in sessions for support and accountability
Weekly diet diary feedback
Unlimited support between sessions via the app
Recipes, shopping lists and meal plans if needed
Personalised supplement recommendations if applicable (cost not included in package)

Health MOT
Think of this like an Annual Health Check but at a level of detail not available on NHS. Ideal for those looking for reassurance that their current nutrition and lifestyle is on track and to identify any early signs of imbalances in the body before they become symptomatic. This will comprise a comprehensive blood test, at additional cost, to check many markers of health and a 1:1 review of results and recommendations to address any sub-optimal findings. £280. The package includes:
